As at 22 July 2010, there were 5.479 million Lincat Group plc shares in issue. The shares are all in registered form and can be held in either certificated form or in uncertificated form in CREST. Shares not in public hands
Under the definitions of the 2007 AIM Rules, as at 1 July 2010 35.1% of the Company’s shares were not in public hands.
Restrictions on transfer
There are currently no restrictions on the transfer of any of the Company's shares.
Other exchanges and trading platforms
The only exchange where the Company has applied to or has agreed to have its securities admitted or traded is the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
