Lincat Group plc ('the Company') was informed today that Mr AG Schroeder, senior non-executive director of the Company, today purchased 6,560 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, 5,000 at a price of 625p per ordinary share and 1,560 at a price of 635p per ordinary share.
Following this transaction, Mr AG Schroeder has a beneficial interest in 28,665 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.54% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
