Lincat Group plc ('the Company') was informed yesterday that the wife of Mr CRF Kemp, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company on 10 December 2007 at a price of 625p per ordinary share.
Following this transaction, Mr CRF Kemp has a beneficial interest in 29,175 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.55% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
