Lincat Group plc (the Company) was informed today that Alan Schroeder, Senior Non-executive Director of the Company, today bought 4,979 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 610p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Alan Schroeder and his wife have a beneficial interest in 22,105 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
