The Company was informed today by Mrs Joan Craddock that, as a result of a disposal of 500,000 ordinary shares (Ordinary Shares) of 10p each in the Company she now has a holding of 254,865 Ordinary Shares representing 4.8% of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
