Transfer to AIM and Rule 26 Information

The Company announces that trading of its Ordinary Shares on AIM commenced at 8.00 a.m. today, 20 August 2007. At the same time the listing of its Ordinary Shares on the Official List was cancelled.
Evolution Securities Limited has agreed to act as the Company’s nominated adviser and broker.
