Exercise of Options by Director

Mr MS Mitchell, a director of the Company, was today allotted 1,901 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 497p per Ordinary Share under the Lincat Sharesave scheme.

Following this transaction, Mr MS Mitchell has a beneficial interest in 1,901 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.03 per cent of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
