Lincat Group plc (“the Company”)

Issue of equity

On 8 June Lincat Group plc allotted 16,042 ordinary shares of 10p each relating to the exercise of employee share options.

Application has been made for the issue of these Ordinary Shares in the Company. It is anticipated that the shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 10 June 2010.

The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue following this issue of shares of will be 5,469,333.
