Lincat Group plc (“the Company”)

Mr JMR Craddock and Mr TE Storey, directors of the Company, today were each allotted 1,901 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 497p per Ordinary Share under the Lincat Sharesave scheme.

Following these transactions, Mr JMR Craddock has a beneficial interest in 1,144,910 Ordinary Shares, which represents 20.99 per cent of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital. Mr TE Storey has a beneficial interest in 4,527 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.08 per cent of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
