Lincat Group plc ("Lincat", "the Company" or "the Group")

The Board of Lincat, the AIM listed manufacturer of commercial catering appliances and bar equipment, is pleased to announce that at the AGM held today all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

At the AGM, the Company made the following statement:

"The Group's sales performance between January and April 2010 has been in line with market expectations, with revenue from continuing operations showing a 3% increase over the same period in 2009."
