Lincat Group plc (“the Company”)

Mr PB Bouscarle, a director of the Company, today was allotted 1,901 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 497p per Ordinary Share under the Lincat Sharesave scheme.

Following this transaction, Mr PB Bouscarle has a beneficial interest in 493,045 Ordinary Shares, which represents 9.1 per cent of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
