Sale of redundant manufacturing site

Lincat Group plc, the AIM-listed manufacturer of catering and bar equipment, today announced that it had completed the sale of IMC’s former manufacturing site in Hertfordshire, following receipt from the purchaser of the final instalment of £4.5m. Earlier non-refundable deposits received amounted to £3.0m, making the total proceeds of sale of the site £7.5m.
