Director’s share dealings

The Company was informed today that Mr AG Schroeder today transferred 26,500 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company to his wife, Mrs MJ Schroeder.

Following this transaction, Mr AG Schroeder has a beneficial interest, which remains the same, in 30,988 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.57% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
