Lincat Group plc (“Lincat”, “the Group” or “the Company”)

The Board of Lincat, the AIM listed manufacturer of commercial catering and bar equipment and domestic range cookers, is pleased to announce that at the AGM held today all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

At the AGM, the Company made the following statement:

“The Group’s performance in the four month period from January to April 2009 is broadly in line with market expectations, with revenues 13% below the same period in 2008.”
