The Company was informed today by Mr PB Bouscarle, a director of the Company, that as a result of an inheritance of 46,805 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company he now has a beneficial interest in 491,144 Ordinary Shares, which represents 9.0% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
