The Company was informed today by Mr Philip R Bouscarle and Mrs Diana M Bouscarle that as a result of an inheritance of 46,802 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company their holding is now 223,772 Ordinary Shares representing 4.1% of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
