DIRECTOR’S SHARE DEALINGS

The Company was informed today that Mr AG Schroeder, senior non-executive director of the Company, today purchased 856 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, at a price of 345p per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr AG Schroeder has a beneficial interest in 29,521 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.54% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
